Klaus has been and still is my „all-around-PC“ handy man for all my day to day computer issues. Over the years he has introduced my to a variety of IT technology which I wasn’t able to handle before and which would have always been a mystery to me without the support and knowledge from Klaus. Blogs, which I am now capable of keeping friends and family up to date with travel memories or news in my life. Websites, which prove to generate business and don’t cost a fortune and simply the feeling that there is somebody out there with a smile and a service you can rely on. Klaus has fixed every problem I ever had with IT and yet many of my friends envy my capability of using computer technology with a limited natural talent. Klaus always had the right idea, the right solution and the patience to teach me how to use it.
